科创中心简介Introduction of Science and Technology Innovation Centre
由中国农业科学院原院长，种业科学家、教育家、国际种业科学家联合体主席翟虎渠教授牵头发起的三亚国际种业科创中心（以下简称科创中心），是海南省委、省政府大力扶持的海南自由贸易港的重点项目工程。2021年8月，在海南省委书记沈晓明、省长冯飞、三亚市委书记周红波等领导见证下，科创中心正式签约并入驻三亚崖州湾科技城。
The Sanya International Seed Industry Science and Technology Innovation Centre (hereinafter referred to as the Science and Technology Innovation Centre), led by Professor Zhai Huqu, former President of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, seed scientist, educator and Chairman of the International Scientists Association, is a key project of the Hainan Free Trade Port, which is strongly supported by the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. In August 2021, the Science and Technology Centre was officially signed and located in Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City.
种子是农业的“芯片”。 科创中心立足“南繁硅谷”，旨在全面整合国内、国际资源，打造成集国际种业科技交流、合作与投资孵化为主体的综合性科创平台，设立创新和投资基金，同时开展现代农业、互联网信息产业、高端制造、科技金融等相关创新产业的集群式投资与解化等业务。
Seed is the "chip" of agriculture. Based on the "Silicon Valley of Nanfan", the Science and Technology Innovation Centre aims to fully integrate domestic and international resources, build a comprehensive science and technology innovation platform with international seed industry technology exchange, cooperation and investment and incubation as the mainstay, set up innovation and investment funds, and at the same time carry out cluster-type investment and deconstruction of modern agriculture, Internet information industry, high-end manufacturing, science and technology finance and other related innovation industry businesses such as investment and decentralization.
自成立以来，科创中心积极推动国内外种业定向招商和国际种质资源与技术成果交易，目前已成功举办首届国际种业科学家联合体大会，成功召开20 场重点项目对接会，成功促成国内外农业和贸易项目合作15项。
Since its establishment, the Science and Technology Innovation Centre has been actively promoting targeted investment in the seed industry at home and abroad, trading of international germplasm resources and technology outcomes, and has successfully held two International Association of Seed Industry Scientists conferences, 20 key project matchmaking meetings and cooperation in 15 domestic and international agricultural and trade projects.
科创中心运营团队Science and Technology Innovation Center Operation Team
科创中心地理位置位于海南省三亚崖州湾南繁科技城中心地带，首期载体面积 5000余平方米，由海南英特斯克尔国际种业科创有限公司负责运营。目前科创中心已入住国内外企业近20家，涵盖了生态种业、会议会展、知识产权、农事服务、农业投资、文化传媒、畜牧产品加工销售、农作物种子质量检验、分子生物等类别。
The location of the Science and Technology Innovation Centre is located in the centre of Nanfan Science and Technology City in Yazhou Bay, Sanya, Hainan Province, with the first carrier area of more than 5,000 square meters, and is operated by Hainan Intesco International Seed Industry Science and Technology Innovation Co. At present, there are nearly 20 domestic and foreign enterprises in the Centre, covering ecological seed industry, conference and exhibition, knowledge rights, agricultural services, agricultural investment, cultural media, livestock products processing and sales, crop seed quality inspection, molecular biology and other categories.
